Clean up spills and wipe out the refrigerator. All trash cans must be emptied. All trash must be put in sealed bags and placed in herbies provided outside clubhouse. Clean the stove and oven of all spills. Clean the counters and floors. Restroom Deficiencies--$50.00 Charge for failure to do the following: ALL bathrooms (including toilets) are clean and free of debris (immediately report any clogged toilet issues that cannot be resolved). Do not put any foreign object down toilet. You will be charged to clear any stoppages due to foreign objects. Note any supplies needed – like towels or toilet paper. Main Area Deficiencies--$20.00 Charge for failure to do the following: All carpet areas are vacuumed. If there are spills, those must be cleaned up as well. Make sure that balloons are not let go, and stuck in the fans. All trash is removed. Put tables and chairs away in the storage area.
