Joe Craven

Joe joined Parkview Hills Management Company back in 2018 but is a Michigan native and has called Kalamazoo home since 1986. Joe’s interest in property management began when attending Building and Construction Trades from 2002-2004 as a student at Portage Central High School. Joe remained loyal to trade work and held various roles in fabrication and residential installation work while he attended Western Michigan University where he graduated with a BBA with a focus on Sales and Marketing. Since then, Joe has worked mainly in sales and financial roles as an Account Manager for National City Bank/PNC Bank and Sales for both customer and carrier supply-chain logistics in Chicago. His last step as a Project Manager for a commercial and custom sign manufacturing and installation company Joe was able to settle in right at home with Parkview Hills Management Company. Joe takes pride in his work and loves to see the results of the hard work and dedication the Parkview Hills Management team and your Board of Directors does to help keep these local communities looking beautiful. Aside from serving your beautiful Associations, Joe spends his free time with his loving wife Kaitlin and their two sons Everett and Cole along with their rambunctious Aussiedoodle Louie.
